You're not looking for a "cool" product. You're looking for signs that someone, somewhere, is scaling it, hard.
I run every idea through the same process:
Start with Meta Ads Library
Search for ads that:
Estimate Ad Spend
Look for signs that they're spending real money, not just boosting a post for $10. I want to see ads with high engagement + long run time + duplicated creatives.
Check Market Positioning
Is the product solving a clear pain point? Is it marketed with urgency, problem-solution logic, or emotional angle? If yes โ note it.
Avoid Obvious Saturation
If you see 20 stores selling the exact same thing with the same ad, skip it. You're too late.
